July Meeting

    The July meeting of the South Florida Minigators will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2001 at the Ayers' in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. The meeting will start at 2:00 pm. Please bring a dessert or soda to be shared by everyone. We will be working on the Fall Regional, as well as hearing about the National in Toronto from our members who attended.

    From I-95 and the Florida Turnpike: Go east to SR 811 ( Alternate A1A). Head north on A1A to Atlantic Rd, which is the first street north of the traffic signal at the Gardens Mall. There is a church on the corner. Go east  to 3247 Atlantic Rd. Phone # is (561) 622-2574.

Fall Regional 2001

    This year's Fall Regional wil be hosted by the South Florida Minigators at the Holiday Inn, Town Center, in Boca Raton, Fl., the weekend of September 21-23. Room rate is $75.00 per night. Reservations need to be made by August 31 to insure getting the special rate. The phone number for the hotel is 561-368-5200. Remember to mention that you are with LPA. The banquet will be on Saturday, Sept. 22. Meal prices are $20.00 per adult, $11.95 per child. The menu will be posted as soon as finalised.
    The hotel has a breakfast buffet, which is $10.95. Each person will be given a $5.00 coupon at registration for the buffet, making your cost for breakfast only $5.95 (plus tax and gratuity, of course). The hotel will set aside an area for lunch where those who are interesed can gather and order off the menu.
